One week today. Down 3 lbs. Feel like it is pretty good, but was hoping for more. spent part of my day looking for low fat recipies for lean and green. Seasame brocolli, turkey meatloaf muffins, beer crock chicken, chiplotte tilapia. Trying to find recipes I can eat along with my family. Went to Recipes have break down for cal, carbs, protien and fat. I'm using myfitnesspal to keep track of everthing. we will see how this works.
