So I guess it depends what plan you're on. I'm on a 1500 cal/day diet and I definitely can't eat at Chipotle without seriously adjusting my diet for the rest of the day.
My normal meal at Chipotle is around 350, which is a salad. Sometimes I'll get the bowl with brown rice but if I do that, I usually split it between two meals.
Also, in general, I eat 1500 calories per day but breakfast is my lightest meal around 300 calories and lately I've been eating 3 meals, with 0 or 1 snack per day. It depends. So I could easily swing a 550 calorie bowl (which is what my rice bowl comes out to) and not go over my calories. I rather ask for extra beans and tomatoes though and split a rice bowl between 2 meals.
