Have had a difficult time this week with staying OP. There has been a lot of stress at home and at work, and I found myself sometimes turning to old habits. I have to remember that I don't need to eat when I am stressed; I should only eat when I am hungry! Recommitting this week to 100% OP and looking to alternatives to relieve the stress, like exercise, a hot bath, or a book. Also gonna rely more on 3FC for support, as this is a great place to find it.

Yes, keep coming back for support - and you always have such great posts and ideas to contribute to the rest of us as well! Coming to this board definitely helped me get back on track after a stressful holiday season when I needed motivation to be 100% again.
