I'm a newbie starting day 4 today. I've heard the first three days are the toughest. If that's the case, I'm home free.... However, I did start curbing my carbs way back before starting the diet. I heard it was much easier to transition that way. I did have one small issue yesterday. I went to get a massage at the request of my chiropractor. When I got up I felt like I was going to pass out and nauseous. I didn't think I was going to make it home. Water and a 1 hour nap fixed that.

Welcome Vippysue! I'm on day four of my reboot (I cheated on my birthday) and feeling good. I have a massage on Monday so I hope That doesn't happen to me!
