Have any of you been to the Itsu restaurants (the menu and nutrition info is online, but I cannot post links as my thread count is not high enough)? The menu online looks good, but then I've fallen for advertising about supposedly healthy food before, and turned out to be wrong.
Do any of you who're well informed about nutrition know if this would be considered healthy and low-fat? Do you think it would be a good idea for me to frequently order take-away from here (as opposed to Pizza/ Chinese/ Indian/ Thai takeouts), as I do not enjoy cooking?
