Default Frustration

I am feeling so much frustration with myself that I was so close to seeing a 100 in front of my weight and then got off track so now I am back to 237. I was at 210 in September. I just changed my ticker to my actual weight and it brought me to tears. I CAN DO THIS. I AM WORTH IT.

I need you guys to help me through this! I don't have too many people that are close to me that understand what this weight loss journey is going to take.

Maybe you could set a mini goal, like 199 lbs. it will be easier mentally to aim for than 140lbs or something lower.

Also, I like to recommend eating plans/diets that eliminate simple carbs and sugars, as that is what broke my sugar addiction and got me off of the diet roller coaster.

You've done it once, you can do it again. I doubt if anyone manages to lose weight in one stead downward stream. I've been up and down so many times, but each time I get lower and lower. Don't let this derail you, just take that step forward and remember this is the rest of your life.

You can do it!

It's so hard to experience a slide back, but you've learned a lot in the process. When you get back down to 210 you will be vigilant and not make the same mistakes that derailed you in September.

It's going to be so much better this time!

I totally get this. I was 208 in September, fell and was injured in October and now am 228. It is kind of horrifying when you think about it, isn't it?? But we can't change what's already happened. We can just fix it and go forward. Let's do that. I'm with you!
