Good morning everyone! Great to catch up with everyone's progress over the last few days. So much good news - it's SO motivating! I was over my calories both Saturday and Sunday, but kept it below 1400 each day. Of course it was the wine that put me over.
It's the start of a new week and I'm going to try again to be very good, at least until Friday! I'm not weighing myself again until Friday morning, so we'll see how I do.
I got to almost 6000 steps yesterday - still a looooonnnggg way from 10000!!! Not sure if I'll ever get there but I'll keep trying.
