On the exercise from I have stuck to my 20 mins daily dog walk and something else each day, either Wii dance (look ridiculous but good fun!) or minitrampoline with a bit of Madonna in my ears...yes I am a woman of the 80's!!
I am making a fish pie with a Jamie Oliver recipe that has frozen mashed peas in the potato mash...diifferent eh?

long term goal: July 2015.....Mother-of-the-Bride under 250lbs (one minute they are babies the next you are waving goodbye!)
First short term goal is Memory Walk ( 8 miles) Oct 5th 2014 for dementia in memory of my Mum who started to suffer at only 58.
Managed 2 miles for dementia!!
Next goal: Join gym by end of November 2014
