This is great, concise information. Thank you! Without a coach, I've pretty much got most of this information figured out, but the addition info of 2 extra packets and the specifics of the p/f/c grams is very helpful!! Most of what I make my evening protein meal with has always met that guideline, but it helps to get confirmation about it!
