Morning,

Empty pack into pot of boiling water, cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired texture, stirring occasionally. Drain well and serve.

I do two packs at once and split for two meals and then steam veggies or out with salad

Enjoy

Salt the water well and definitely cook more than other pasta 10+ mins. No, it is not just like "regular" pasta, but mixed w/lots of veggies and spices and/or topped w/a little SF tomato sauce spiced up like spaghetti sauce and it us quite satisfying. When it is warmer I use it as a cold salad with veggies and WF ranch or Italian as a cold pasta salad. (Add a little tuna - YUM!)

FYI - I get Proti-Thin fusilli pasta (from Nashua - 7 packs =$16.50) and it is UNRESTRICTED!

Default Cooking...

I boil with a little olive oil and Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning.

Or I do a "pasta" salad, chopped veggies and WF ranch or Blue Cheese dressing.

Also do a "thai peanut noodle" using WF peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable stock or 1/2 cup chicken stock
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 -3 tablespoons wf peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey (or sub. sweetener of you choice)
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger (minced)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 -4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 cup broccoli floret (small)
rotini

enjoy!!
