My last log in was 6/10/13. Put 30 pounds back on since then. Been drinking too much and eating what I please since football season started. Feeling pretty down on myself. But I have a solid meal plan to follow and I am ready to go.
I will be working out by coaching basketball 3 days a week as well as doing boxing on xbox.

Don't be discouraged. I re-gained about 30 pounds the first time I did this and went off 3fc for a like a year, but was able to come back and lose it plus more. You can do it!
