Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #78

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

My first 10 day goal for the year is to stick closely to my WW program and to suck water. Especially the water as I often don't drink as much as I should.

Okay, let me jump into the boat, as of yesterday was a good food day as I was sick and didn't really eat, so why not use it as a jump start!

I think for the next 9 days I will have a "no sweets" rule. That often gets me on the right track. And how about a really modest goal of at LEAST 3 servings of f&v every day. Pathetic I'm setting it so low. Not sure I made that goal yesterday, but I'll give myself a pass for being sick. I know I had at least 2 clementines!

Damp yesterday. Good thing I had a lot of WW points left to use. Rowing hard this morning.

Really wanted something sweet last night after dinner. I held off by having some tea. I know it will get easier as I go along.

Great job, LeslieWendy!

I was wet yesterday. Did okay till evening. Having a really hard time finding my self control. But I'm here. Will go log today's food so far and try to make this a dry day.

Yesterday was dry. No need for me to row. My boat is frozen in all this cold!
