making effort daily to make consciously good choices in what goes in their mouths...and how much.
. This is a very good observation. It's easy sometimes to look around and think that struggles with weight are so "easy" for others, especially if they are thin. Perhaps, as you observe, it would be more productive to actually pay keen attention to their habits. I've always been proud not to be a picky eater but perhaps I need to reassess.
