I have an amazing recipe for a bread (really it's a focaccia) that has almost no carbs. It has eggs in it but it is not "eggy" at all. I can PM it to you if you like.
I also have a recipe for a super-healthy non-bread "One Minute Muffin". It is super easy and very nutritious. It is a tiny bit "eggy" but you can reduce the "egginess" by using egg beaters instead of "real" eggs and adding lots of cinnamon.
