Homemade smoothies are a great idea. Very filling and healthy, as long as you don't add sugar.
Something I've discovered is to take fruit flavored instant oatmeal and stir in a spoonful of peanut butter. Tastes like PB&J, but its healthier and filling. Personally, I like Better Oats Mmm... Muffins Blueberry Oatmeal.
