I bit the bullet and weighed myself. I had gained about 3 more pounds than I had "hoped" which makes it an 8 pound gain off my low. I have been on plan since Monday so I don't really know if I weighed more than this. I can only assume so. My husband always tells me to weigh right away so I can see that I am definitely losing but it truly depresses me. But now I am depressed anyway. I am going to weigh every morning from now on, so I can know for sure that this is working.
