Hard to believe it's 2014...I hope everyone had a great New Year's Day! I got back home today after over a week of vacation out of town. It feels good to be back in my own environment and able to grocery shop. I will weigh in tomorrow to get an official (re)starting weight... Not gonna lie, I'm nervous because it won't be pretty!
On a good note, I made good food choices today (a huge green smoothie for breakfast, turkey toast and a pear for lunch, and veggies and pasta for dinner, with some fruit and yogurt for snacks) and walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes this evening (3 miles). I also met my Fitbit daily goal of 10,000 steps.
