1-2 lbs per week is what I always hear is "reasonable and healthy"- which would put you at 16 lbs at the most- if it were me , I would aim for 1 lb per week to be reasonable... If I try for much more than that (especially being within 20 lbs of goal) I get frustrated- also remember that it won't be linear, some weeks you may lose more and some you may lose less... It looks like you have already reached some mini goals though, so maybe look back and compare how much you had lost during those times and how long it took as a place to start?
