Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest .2 lbs.
This seems like a fun challenge. My weight loss is painfully slow and the monthly challenges are getting depressing. Maybe I'll focus on the 2% for a change.
Starting weight is 183
Rounded goal weight is 179.2 pounds.
I may hit that quickly since I already was 179 last week and the real challenge will be the next 2%. Maybe I should wait a couple days. lol!
