Thank you - that article is very helpful. I always get so stressed out when I have a huge gain, even when I know 100% it is a water gain. It's nice to have the science spelled out for me!

Just finished my salad of tuna, cucumbers, romaine and chopped pickles. I just love chopped pickles in my salads!
