Well Red Ream here we are the last week of challenges, you've done amazing and stayed strong as a team even without a leader. Great job
Make sure to take time on New Years to reflect on how well you have done and carry that through with you. It's not all about the amount of weight we lost but also the new habits we have formed and the commitments we have kept.
I'm not expecting anything great for this week - my birthday is the 31st and I will NOT be on plan. After this latest losing streak, I'm ok with one up week if it happens.
Congratulations to all of you who stuck in there until the end. It's been a rough challenge with holidays and lack of team leader. The 3 of you who made it are rock stars !

For the rest of the red team you should also be happy you did great with no leadership and stayed strong for each other.
Leslie and I will check dates and see what's going on as far as the next challenge. If anyone wants to step up as a leader or co leader please let us know.

Yay .. thanks everyone .. it was definitely a struggle the last week or so .. but Im really happy with the result .. I think we all did a great job .. and if needed Im happy to step up as a co-leader for a team I would offer the leader one but Im not sure what that entails lol ..
