I also sometimes split my restricted into two or three servings, especially during those certain times where cravings can get super-intense. Thanks for the tip! I think splitting will be beneficial. I am not a large meal eater, but a grazer. If I get hungry at 11am, I will eat part of my veggies or my salad and eat my IP packet at noon. Hopefully, that will be ok.
