Hi everyone! A little bird told me this was an active thread! *waves to SeeMyFeet*

I aim for 1200 calories per day, and usually I come in a bit under. Yesterday was a challenging day - like most of this week has been. I was 550 calories over.

I think participating in this thread could help me stay accountable, so here I am!

What do you all use for tracking? I use the loseit app, which I love because of all the great features (even in the free version). Th recipe builder part is really good, and I love that it is seamless between my phone, ipad, and computer.
Mini Goals:
195 by 1/1, met 1/2
190 by 2/14, met 1/31
180 by 3/15, met 4/2
175 by 7/26
170 by 8/31

Diabetes improvements:
6/11 A1C: 7.9
9/10 A1C: 6.2 - yay!
12/10 A1C: 5.7 - pre diabetic level!
4/2 A1C: 5.7

One for every 10# lost
