I am very new to this! In the past week (which is how long I've been trying to lose weight) I had one fast day, on Tuesday. It was entirely comfortable -- I just didn't get around to eating, and then had a bowl of sliced peaches before I went to bed. I think I can manage that. Do folks think a once- or twice-a-week fast day is reasonable, or is more than that suggested?
