I want to try this starting tomorrow if I can make it through skipping breakfast. I hope this can help knock my body off the plateau it's on. It seems after every 1-2 pound loss, I get stuck and have to change my food or my workout or find something to get it off. The holidays haven't exactly helped but. I have managed to lose a pound this week.

Any advice for beginners? Thanks!
