Ladies and Gents

This has been the best year of my life. I finally found a way of eating that agrees with me and have lost a lot of weight. I have struggled for years.

I maintained a 3-5 pound gain through the holidays... I know there are a few of you that did that as well. I was going to start at the beginning of January, but decided to start tomorrow! I have separated out all my food and ready to go. Feb 1st it will be a year, I want to hit my ultimate goal by then. Sooooo I will be on the boards like white on rice for support! love this site!! here I go.. Have a wonderful day with family .

I did weight watchers from march to November and lost 30 lbs
I started ip november 30th and plan to be near goal by my son's wedding at the end of April. I think having shorter goals help keep me on track so I will be joining challenges between now and then. Christmas went well for me. I did eat one chocolate kiss and may have had a little extra roast- but all in all I am happy I didn't go way off plan
I agree with you this has been. A great year and 2014 looks to be even better!!!
