Started using my Fitness Pal to log all my foods and grabbed the runtastic app and used that for my run today, because of all the hills and such i got 424 calories in 30 minutes. Been logging in under my daily 1600 calories for the last few days and should be about 600 calories in deficit today.

Just slowly shedding fat 'til i like what i see.
