6/3/13 ... 155.0 Salt and carbs. I need to better handle my cravings.
7/1/13 ... 157.5 WHAT is going on with my body. I am not overeating!
7/15/13 ... 156.0 Ate in restaurants 3times last week. Thanks Rob. Beer ordered every time, too. Fun, delicious, but not helpful.
7/22/13 ... 158.0 HIGHEST WEIGHT SINCE POST-XMAS. AAAGH!How quickly it comes back.
