Hi everyone! I got the link for this wonderful site from the yahoo forum friendly freezer and I am so glad that I did! I have resolved that this is the year that I am going to lose weight and get more fit. My biggest goal is that I would like to lose weight so I can go to horseback riding camp with my daughter this summer. I am currently about 260, so it will be a challenge, but I am ready to take it on. I have already made some small changes, I have cut my portions and am down to maybe one soft drink a day (if even that). Water is my friend again!
I have 2 little girls, a 6 yr old and a 3 yr old. I run my own at home daycare center in Iowa and it keeps me busy from 7-530 daily!
I cannot wait to get to know many of you on this path of freedom, looking forward to the support that I am sure I will need to stick with this
