Super quick post...boss is in early this morning.

Annie - I'm so very sorry to hear about your cousin. Sending prayers for her. I'm keeping your brother in my prayers as well. And sending you and your whole family much love, hugs and many prayers.

I love all the Mel memories and graphics!

I'll try and post tonight. It seems by the time I get home, eat and am showered and in my jammies..I just don't want to do much else.

My Mini Goals:
1) Consume less than 120 grams of carbs, 30 grams of sugar and 1,100 net calories (factoring in exercise) 2) Exercise 6 days per week at least 45 minutes per day
3) Follow the Bariatric surgery eating plan
4) Make the most of each moment
