Default ways to remind yourself

I see threads about people gainning back weight after reaching goal or like me who just took off a month because no real reason.Does anyone keep remineders of why they started like a vision board.i to have a fitblr i need to update but no real reminders daily.Do you have reminders and if you do what are they?
