Newbie
Hi i'm new to this site. im on herbal magic and have lost ~10 pds i'm hoping for 13 more. I am looking for recipes! and saw this site. made an account and now I can ask a question.
Does anyone have a salmon recipe?
or any SINGLE serving recipes?

Thank you for the sheppards pie! I LOVE IT!! and so did my 2yr old so Giant WIN!!!
Biancs - whatever you don't use of the additional servings freeze it. That way if youre having a rough day you have something you can just heat up and go.
I know alot of us Cook and Prep once a week and freeze.

Pasta Salad:
This recipe makes 4 portions : 1 starch, 1 veg, 1 dairy, 1 free exchange
2 cups whole wheat pasta
1 cup peppers
1 cup cucumbers
1 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup red onions
1 cup (8 oz.) grated hard cheese
8 tbsp. fat free dressing

Pepper, mushroom and tuna pasta
This one was a favorite of mine before i started the HM program, and thankfully, its legal!!!
2 Servings
1 Cup cooked whole wheat pasta
2Tbsp EV Olive Oil
1 Cup cubed port0bello mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced red or orange pepper
I 4 oz can of tuna in water
minced garlic to taste
salt substitute to taste
Tbsp lemon juice
Cook the pasta according to instructions, using the salt substitute.
Heat oil in frying pan and add mushrooms, peppers and minced garlic.
Cook until tender
Add tuna and lemon juice, mix and heat through.
mix with pasta and serve!
1F, 1/2P, 1V, 1S

Veggie and Meat Lasagna For Two
6 whole weat lasagna noodles, cooked
2c Healthy Choise past sauce
16oz extra lean ground beef
2oz mozza cheese
2oz chedder cheese
1c celery
1c onion
2c spinach
2 garlic cloves minced
black peper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F
Cook ground beef and drain
In meadium saucepan over meadium heat combine sauce, vegetables, garlic, and spices. Add ground beef once cooked. Spray loaf pan with Pam cooking spray. Complete the following three layers in order three times: 2 lasagna noodles, sauce, cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
1 Starch
1 Free Exchange
1 Protein
1 Dairy
1 1/4 Vegetable

Hi im new to this site but just wanted to say thanks for all the great recipes!!! im doing the herbal one diet which exactly the same as herbal magic so I have so different recipes ill post soon and ill include what there worth the only diff is we call the free exchange free choice
