Thumbs up walk to mail box a killer

I work from home for citibank and on 15 min break I went to mail box about 15 hourses away... darn near killed me, walking a briskness for me.... got there ... so proud of myself and took the wrong keys..... anyway.. made it there and back in 7 mins... now have to go on my lunch... so guess that is good, extra moving for me.... so hard... dang hard to carry around these 322 pounds... confirmation I have to do something instead of just walk around the casino... although that is fun too.... hahah.. just not a lot of excercise.

Way to go! Any moving is good and it will get easier every time you do it. I started about the same weight as you and while I've been stuck for quite a while I am constantly surprised by how much stronger/more fit I am. I can go out and shovel both our driveways and all our sidewalks and not be out of breath when I'm done. I walk to work and back almost every day and can walk so much faster on the treadmill. Just one step at a time!

I agree that every bit of activity helps and is a step to being able to do more. When I follow through with going to the pool regularly my joints feel much better and it helps my weight loss too.

It would be funny and cool if casinos had slot machines powered by a treadmill.
