I have thought about stopping my daily weigh ins. It has been a bit discouraging for me lately. I will have to continue to weigh weekly for weight watchers because my point intake changes and I am about to lose a point. Hope I have the strength to put the scale away. That will be my goal for December, just weigh once a week.
