I had this omelet for the first time this morning. Here's my recipe:
1 pkg IP Fine Herbs and Cheese Omelet
1/2 c finely chopped raw broccoli
1/2 c coarsely chopped fresh raw mushrooms
1 stalk finely chopped fresh raw celery
1/4 c chopped raw tomatoes
Pinch IP sea salt/black pepper
Put broccoli, mushrooms and celery in a butter-coated omelet pan. Cook about 1 minute. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan and cover to steam the broccoli. Remove lid and add tomatoes and salt/pepper, stir. Cook long enough to heat tomatoes and remove from pan. Spray butter in pan again and pour omelet mixture into pan. Cook until firm, spoon veggies on top of omelet, fold and enjoy! This didn't taste "instant" or powdered at all!
