Thanks for the feedback everyone. I had heard that the book is divided by protein/fat meals and protein/carb meals, which is intriguing but not something we can't figure out for ourselves at this point! I think I'll wait on the cookbook and search for a low-carb or paleo cookbook or website for inspiration.
