I bought Chef Verati's last cookbook with P1 recipes, and actually haven't even made anything out of it - found the recipes a bit too "gourmet" for my busy life (full time working mom of 2 VERY busy kids - I'm driving them all over the city every night right after work to soccer/basketball/skiing etc). The same week I bought the book, I also saw this link posted, with very easy P1 recipes - I use these ones all the time.
