I bought the previous book with mostly p1 recipes.
For p4, I'm using paleo/primal websites for inspiration. Personally I wouldn't buy a book just for p4. Recipes for maintenance can be found ANYWHERE. I already own many low carb cookbooks and more mainstream ones as well.
