Well, it turns out that all that soreness was not just from my workouts...I had caught my daughter's cold. But, thankfully, with plenty of garlic supplements, zinc, silver solution and manuka honey (I believe in the powers of holistic remedies as opposed to medication), I'm all better today. So I'm back to my workouts, but I'm cutting back to only one workout per day instead of two. I was killing myself with that bootcamp routine.
The weight loss is really slowing down now (167.8 this morning), so I'm hoping adding in this workout will help speed it up a bit.
