Ugh! Started an intense boot camp workout on Monday and I'm so sore, which means I'm retaining water. It showed on the scale, with a gain of 0.6. But overall a loss of 0.4 for this week. I know it'll come back down once the soreness goes away though.
Lost my first 25 pounds on my own and the rest (so far) with Jenny Craig
