Hi Sandy, glad to hear you are still in the 160s. Must feel great! Well, my weekend ended up being a bad bad blowout.... Way too much wine, champagne etc. at the races, then I was hopeless on Sunday with my hangover. Greasy food central. But I am back to eating 100 % properly today! I weighed myself this morning... 192 again!! Waah! But I'm not going to look again until my Thursday weigh in, and work my butt off in the gym, eat properly and drink lots of water to hopefully get back under 190! Even with the gain, I had a fabulous day! Life happens sometimes, right? It's a once a year thing!
