I weigh almost daily but have only been recording monthly. Maybe being accountable to my other 40 somethings on a weekly basis will help. I remember when I was younger 15-20lb loss in a month was nothing. At 48 I celebrate an 8lb loss. I look at old young pics of me and realize I dieted myself fat.

I have been hitting the gym 4x a week which include lifting weights with the big boys and girls and 20-25 mins on either the life cycle or treadmill. Will a goal to walk or ride a little further in that time limit every week.
