Relax. Breathe. How about you just commit to one full OP day at a time? Buy you lettuce and cut it up all at once and portion it out into Tupperware so you can at least grab and go? When you get a glass of water, drink a full glass or two at the sink and then fill it again and go do what you were going to do? Take one day or even one meal at a time.
