The Biggest Loser & the Voice were great again last night. Shocking to see the contestants @ WI & happy to see Dolvett use his save on his team. Over the last 2 weeks I lost -6# & my size mediums r too lose. On Monday I'm off the bland foods
& I need/want to add back some pounds to look good in my clothes again.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice bread & 1 glass sk. milk.
Lunch: 1 glass sk. milk & tuna sandwich w. lettuce, pickle relish & low-fat Miracle Whip.
Supper: 1 glass sk. milk & scalloped potatoes [1/2 russet potatoes & 1/2 sweet potatoes] I sprinkled cheese on top for my protein.
Snack: 1 cup of hot cider.
145# (2008) varies up--down 5#. Fat for 1 yr, 174# I hated my body fat
so I 'fixed me', it took me 1 yr to wear a medium
