Boy, this week was not a good week. I don't think I stayed OP any day. Whew. Stress tends to bring out my bad habits. However, I know I can do this. I went to Zumba this morning for the first time in about a month. It felt great getting back at it. I plan on going at least 3 times a week if not more. This week I want to work on staying OP and increasing my fruits and veggies. We'll see what happens.
