Congratulations on your weight loss! That is fantastic! I think food cravings are only natural when going so long without food. Hopefully they will pass and you'll have smooth sailing for the next 4 weeks.
I was told initially to minimize my exercise but I think I'll go your direction instead. Frankly, since this is both weight loss and then a lifestyle change, I'd like to get exercise into the equation. Like you, I have a ton of energy and am feeling really good. I will definitely pay attention to the number of shakes I'm having and keep that water coming.
