Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest .2 lbs.
Thanks guys! I met my goal the day I finally managed to eat solid food again (I had a baby tooth extracted at 26. ). I saw it as an excuse to eat all the things. The result was 3 lbs of waterweight.
