Default Quest Bars? Heard of them? Tried them?

They are a super high protein bar with a super low carb count. Anywhere from 2-4 and they are sweetened with natural sweeters like stevia. I dont see where you can buy them except online so I wanted to see if anyone has tried that and what they think before I splurge and buy them.

You can pick them up at GNC stores, though that's probably the most expensive way to buy them -- but it's a sound approach if you want to try out flavors before looking for the best deals online (by the box).

Note that half the flavors have splenda, so if want to stick to only natural sweeteners, so make sure to doublecheck the labels.

I like them quite a lot - the strawberry cheesecake and cinnamon roll flavors, especially.

Thanks for such a quick response!! Its so hard to do clean eating on the go. I have been looking for more short cuts or quicker things to do. The only bars I have found that have mostly natural ingredients are the lara bars.

Wow abbysue! Amazing weight loss!

I LOVE Quest bars. Chocolate brownie, apple pie and the new double chocolate chunk are my favorites. They fill you up and have lots of fiber.

Yes! I eat at least one every day. I highly recommend them. You'll pay about $1 more per bar if you buy them at GNC, but that's a good way to find out which ones you like best.

Question for those who use the bars--are you using them as a meal replacement or as a snack?

Are they more filling than other granola-type bars? How many calories per bar? (average)

I have also gotten them at GNC and have liked most flavors. I don't eat them everyday because I am afraid that they will start me on the path to candy bars. However, they are great when traveling or for an occasional treat.

I love these! They make a great snack, and before I got pregnant I'd sometimes have one as a breakfast replacement. I'll probably load back up on them once it's safe for me to cut calories again.

I personally don't mind that some have sucralose, but if you do, read those labels! I especially like the chocolate chip cookie dough and the cinnamon roll varieties, and have been wanting to try the two new flavors.

Besides GNC, you might want to check out your local nutrition/health stores; I've been able to get good deals sometimes with the manager if I buy them by the dozen. One of my local gyms has a little nutrition shop inside and sells them too (although they're more expensive there than GNC).

I love the Quest bars! Microwave them for about 30 seconds and you've got something out of this world. I've only tried the chocolate chip cookie dough and apple pie bars, but they're really good. The cookie dough bars are a little too good, if you know what I mean! I saw that GNC online had a 30% off sale, and really cheap shipping, so I got them for under $2 each. I'm almost out, so I'm not sure how I'm going to get my fix, now!
