Apparently I joined this site a while back but never really posted until now!
So hey, I'm 22, trying to lose 8kg or just under 20lbs, and I've already lost 13kg over the past few years mostly through myfitnesspal and getting into exercise... I've been overweight since I was a child and I found that after some false starts what I had to do to lose weight just 'clicked' but I need extra help not falling off the wagon while I'm at university!
