Hello from Kenda
Hi everyone! My name is Kenda, and I am a nurse practitioner with about 100 lbs to lose. There. I said it. It seems overwhelming, and embarrassing, but true. I have gained and lost the same 75 pounds or so my whole life, but somehow those pounds found a few new friends! I am heavier now that I have ever been in my whole life, and my weight has started to affect my daily life. I need to do this for me!
Ok, besides the weight, a little about me :-) I am single, with a wonderfully supportive boyfriend and family. I LOVE to travel, and try to visit a different country every year. I also enjoy knitting and good wine. Sometimes together...haha.
